By accessing or using The Recipe Studio (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Gillespie Innovations, LLC.
2. AI Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to parse, import, and generate recipes.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI may generate incorrect instructions, ingredients, or nutritional data.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and safety of any recipe, including cooking temperatures, ingredient safety, and allergen information, before following it.
- Limitation of Liability: Gillespie Innovations, LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or errors in recipe parsing.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any recipes or content you submit to the Service.
- License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Third-Party Imports: If you import recipes from other websites, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so. We reserve the right to remove content that violates third-party copyrights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, data mine, or attempt to bypass the Service's security measures.
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gillespie Innovations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gillespie Innovations, LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.

If you believe that any content on the Service infringes upon your copyright, please notify our designated agent at legal@recipestudio.app with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
