Sending Feedback
Report a bug, request a feature, or send a general message from anywhere in the app
Recipe Studio has a built-in feedback tool so you can report problems or share ideas without leaving the app. Your feedback goes directly to the team.
How to Open the Feedback Form
There are three ways to open the feedback form:
From the sidebar Click Send Feedback at the bottom of the left sidebar. This is available on every page while you're signed in.
From the Help page Scroll to the bottom of any Help page. Click the Something missing or not working? button in the feedback card.
After an error If the app encounters an unexpected error, the error screen shows a Report this issue button. Clicking it opens the feedback form pre-filled as a bug report and automatically attaches context about what went wrong.
Filling Out the Form
- Choose a type — select Bug Report, Feature Request, or General Feedback
- Describe your issue or idea — the more detail the better, but a short description is fine too
- Click Send Feedback
That's it. You'll see a confirmation once it's submitted.
Bug reports include extra context automatically. When you report a bug, Recipe Studio attaches the current page URL, your browser name and version, and a log of recent errors — so you don't need to copy-paste technical details.
Tips for Good Bug Reports
- Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Include the steps to reproduce the problem if you can
- Note whether the issue happens every time or only occasionally
Feature Requests
Feature requests are reviewed regularly. If a feature is something many users ask for, it's more likely to be prioritized. There's no need to submit the same request multiple times.
